Vegetable Pizza
- 2 packages crescent rolls
- 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 2 tsp. dry dill, crumbled
- 2 c. chopped broccoli
- 2 c. chopped cauliflower
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 2 tomatoes, diced and drained
- 2 medium carrots, shredded
Unroll and pat crescent rolls onto a cookie sheet to make crust. Bake at 350° until light golden brown; cool. Combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise, onion powder and dill. Spread over cooled crust. Top with broccoli, cauliflower, green pepper and tomatoes. Place shredded carrots on top. Cut in small triangles to serve. Yield: 12 servings, 272 calories per serving.
