Raspberry Popcorn Balls
- 1 c. light corn syrup
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry gelatin
- 1 c. granulated sugar
- 6 qt. popped popcorn
Stir together corn syrup and gelatin and then add sugar. Cook over low heat until sugar is completely dissolved. Pour over popcorn and form into balls. Store in covered container or wrap individual balls in plastic wrap or foil. Yield: 24 popcorn balls, 108 calories per popcorn ball.
