Paprika Chicken with Cream Sauce

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, halved
  • 2 Tbsp. paprika
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • ½ tsp. ground thyme
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • ½ c. heavy cream
  • ½ c. chicken broth

In a shallow dish combine paprika, flour and thyme. Place chicken pieces in dish and cover with flour mixture. Reserve 2 tablespoon flour mixture.

In a medium skillet, heat oil on high. Reduce heat to medium and sauté chicken for 10 minutes or until cooled. Remove chicken from skillet and keep warm. Blend reserved flour mixture, broth and cream. Stir into pan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes or until sauce thickens. Serve over rice or noodles. Yield: 6 servings, 365 calories per serving.
