Macaroni and Cheese
- 1 ¾ c. macaroni, uncooked
- 2 c. small curd cottage cheese
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 slightly beaten egg
- 8 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- salt and pepper
Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain. Combine cottage cheese, sour cream, egg, salt and pepper. Mix above ingredients with macaroni. Add sharp cheese. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Yield: 6 servings, 377 calories per serving.
