Mexican Grilled Cheese Sandwich
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. Swiss cheese slices
- 1 (6 oz.) thinly sliced ham
- 8 (10-inch) flour tortillas
- 2 Tbsp. butter, softened
Arrange cheese and ham slices evenly over four tortillas. Top with remaining tortillas. Spread butter on outside of top tortilla. Invert sandwiches onto a hot skillet or griddle. Cook until tortilla is lightly brown and cheese is slightly melted. Yield: 4 servings, 480 calories per serving.
