Kid Pleasin' Chocolate Mousse
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate instant pudding mix
- 3 c. cold whole milk
- 1 c. frozen, whipped topping, thawed
- 12 cream filled chocolate sandwich cookies, crumbled
- 8 cream filled chocolate sandwich cookies, whole
Combine pudding mix and milk in a small mixing bowl. Beat at low speed with an electric mixer until blended. Beat at a low speed for an additional 2 minutes. Fold in ½ cup whipped topping and cookie crumbs. Spoon mousse into 8 (6 oz.) dessert dishes. Cover and chill.
Garnish each serving with a drop of remaining whipped topping and a whole cookie just before serving. Yield: 8 (6 oz.) servings, 276 calories per serving.
