Chicken Rolls
- 4 c. cooked chicken, diced
- 4 Tbsp. melted margarine
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 4 Tbsp. whole milk
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 pkg. crescent rolls (divide into 4 rectangles, 2 crescents per rectangle)
- 2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
- Parmesan cheese
Mix cream cheese, margarine, onion, milk and salt. Add diced chicken to mixture. Place chicken mixture in the center of each rectangle. Fold the ends over, but do not seal. With 2 tablespoons melted margarine, baste top of roll and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes. Yield: 8 rolls, 480 calories per roll. For extra calories use half and half instead of whole milk
