Broccoli Supreme
- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbsp. margarine, softened
- 1 c. seasoned croutons
Cook broccoli using package directions; drain. Place in 1½ quart baking dish. Pour mixture of sour cream and soup over broccoli. Sprinkle with cheese, dot with margarine. Top with croutons. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Yield: 8 servings, 193 calories per serving.
