Artichoke Pizzazz
- 1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 c. grated parmesan cheese
- 1 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. chopped green onion
- 1 dash garlic powder
Combine all ingredients and put in a 1 1/2 –quart casserole dish or quiche pan. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes. Serve hot with a sturdy cracker. Yield: 1 quart. Makes 20 servings, 88 calories each serving.
