Learning for Life. In 1986, 450 health care providers gathered together to share information and research about cystic fibrosis at the first North American Cystic Fibrosis Conference. In October of 2008, the number of conference-goers had grown to an astounding 3900 people. They came. They shared. They learned. Then, they took their new knowledge and excitement back home, to you.
